Unless the existing political or administrative structure is revamped to make it more accountable .and daily review of security situation ,there is no hope for safety for common citizen of INDIA. Prevention is better than cure.The putting of NSG HUbs at strategic points only helps as far as fighting in the wake of such terrorist act.But it cant assure to prevent it. There should be a Clear AUTHORITY to fight a terrorist ACt on live action .It is pathetic to observr that there is no clarity or understanding among top POLice brass as to what is their INdependent Roles to act . None otherthan WE people should take initiative and keepon pressing The GOVT. or The respective Authority for Better Safety.
